Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

For in-store purchases, you 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it.

For online purchases, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Before shipping the return merchandise, please contact us at sagejewelers@comcast.net. We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Form if it is approved. Please clearly write the Return Authorization Number included on the form on the outside of the shipping parcel.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging and contain all materials included with the product.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase and a completed Return Authorization Form.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning a non-defective item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return merchandise must be sent with shipping insurance covering the full cost of the item. Non-insured return packages will be returned to sender.

Restocking Fee

Refunds of non-defective merchandise are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be reflected in the amount refunded to your original payment method.
